I don't know of a Las Vegas Open - I believe that it's been discontinued. But for the Team Dart 2003 event in Las Vegas, Masters level for Ladies events is 2.4 MPR and 22 PPD. For the Open events use 3.5 MPR and 30 PPD. Check the NDA website (www.ndadarts.com) for all the details.
