Subject: ADA Handicapping

Is anybody out there familiar with the ADA handicapping method? I'd like to know the advantages and disadvantages of playing under those rules compared to NDA's SDA method. From discussions I've had with other players, under NDA rules, a low-level player (like me) has to almost win the game on the handicap darts, if the opponent is an excellent player. On the other hand, I also have more darts available to throw, and thus more chances to get lucky. In ADA darts I would be guaranteed a head start in marks or points, but I'm only going to get about as many darts as the opponent. What's the better choice?
