I am descended from Thomas Crabtree who was the second oldest of William and Jane Crabtree's children, with William being the oldest child. Thomas was the first of the children born in America. I understand that William, Jane and their son William came to America on a Sailing Ship when William was one year old and settled in Kingsville, Maryland. I have never been there, but I understand that William and Jane are buried near a church. St. John's, maybe and that family records can be found there. Although I have no proof I have seen records which say that William's father was named Thomas. I guess this makes some sense , because William named his second oldest son who I am descended from "Thomas". I do not remember his wife's name although I believe I have been told sometime in the past. I hope this helps at least a little. Larry Crabtree.
