Subject: Look up required in London area

I am trying to get someone to do a look up for me at Consignia Plc, Heritage Services, Freeling House, Phoenix Place, London, WC1XODL. I am trying to find information about my Great Uncle who worked for the Post Office in London during the 1940's 50's and 60's, his name was Thomas McCaffrey, he was born in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh on the 13th June 1908, from what I gather he was supposed to have held high office within the P.O. Unfortunately there are no living relations over here that can help me. I am trying to locate any of his children ( if he had any ) so that i can carry on my research.
