I have reason to beleive thathe had a brother Peter. Can anyone tell me Elijah Weavers parents. He is my husband great great grandfather. I have been searching for his parents for 8 years.
Elijah's obit below:

Obituary
Elijha Weaver was born March 4, 1820 in Highland co. Ohio. He died in Sheridan co. Kansas , Sept. 17,1910 at 6:00 p.m.. of a fine age being 90 years old, 6 mo. and 13 days
old when he died. In 1845 on the 7 th day of Aug. he married Miss Anna Snider, who was called home last Dec. Since his wives death his health became much poorer than it was before, though he had been feeble for a number of years.
The end for which he had long prayed and waited and asked others to pray for, came last Sat. at the home of his youngest son F.R. Weaver with whom he had been living with for four or five years. He seemed so anxious to go that he could hardly wait for death to come.
He had been converted and joined the Methodist Episcopal church when 12 years of age, and often expressed his confidence in John 8 :51 which is the text from which the funeral sermon was preached. He was convinced that he was a child of God and therefore would not see death. He was the father of 13 children. Three was present at the funeral held in the Methodist church in Hoxie , Kansas. The funeral was Mon. Sept 19.
The children present were Mrs. Anna Weaver, Mr. Fred R. Weaver of Hoxie and Mr. George Weaver of Waterloo, Iowa. The other living children are Mrs. Mary Holiday, Mrs. Emma Mc Veigh, Mrs. Sarah Howard of Canada, and Mrs. Ella Dorothy and Mr. Chas Weaver of Iowa.

( This was in the Hoxie Sentinel Sept. 22, 1910)
