Subject: Thomas Scott Wilkinson WELSBY

Thomas Scott Wilkinson WELSBY was born in Rathfarnham, Dublin c 1837. His parents were James WELSBY (supposedly an independent gentleman)and Ann MURRAY. Cannot find any info on his birth or parents' marriage. Thomas was a 'Professor of Music' or at least a talented pianist and piano tuner who used to conduct/play at musical gatherings in Western Qld, Australia. He died in the bush in 1878 after wandering around in circles for two weeks, trying to walk between to towns. Any suggestions on searching for his birth in Dublin before registration?
