No. A few hours from the steal point means it was STOLEN. Whether it was one second, or one day. It was late! That would have meant she was STOLEN! If you would have READ THE RULES, it ALSO states that THE MARE CANNOT SAY SHE IS BEING STOLEN. Thus Minerva would be POTO's anyways. So just shut up, ok? And its called PERIODS.
