 Ten toes gleefully wiggling back up at me;
Parts that sadly get little attention,
Hiding them so thoughtlessly inside my shoes.
Never even checked to see if they could breathe.

Those small wonders must love sandals;
Usually only think about them when I stub one.
Of course I do tend to them if needing a trim,
Still then my holey socks actually remind me.

What would my feet do without that extra tip?
Many things on many shelves just out of my reach.
Ten little piggies helping take me to market;
Tiny pink powerful guys easily pivoting my body.

Better pay more respects to them more often;
My brain works fine yet I can't prance on it.
Weight of my two hundred pound world on their shoulders,
Please forgive me baby brothers for this ignorance.
