From what I have read, your grandmother must have been a bright spot in your life with all the hurt you were going through. Here's a little poem for you:

"She'll always be your GUARDIAN ANGEL!
You'll see her again one day!
May she chase all of your nightmares away!"

I have Cerebral Palsy, and hearing from fellow poets like you means so much!

May you sleep without fear, and see her in your dreams.

Remembering her will always keep her with you!
