This poem requires some explanation. A few days ago I was at McDonald's. I noticed a woman feeding her dog in the parking lot. The dog was totally white and seemed to be a cross between a German Shepherd and a Husky. I wrote this poem about him and named him moon.
Beautiful as the moon.
Graceful as a swan.
Though I see from a distance,
You are a dog devoted to his mistress.
There is character in your eyes.
You have a step that is regal.
I will never see you again.
I will never have the opportunity
To place my hand upon your noble head.
But I have seen you
And that was a gift for my eyes.
