she does not flinch at the stallion's nudge. the wet blood sticks to her ebony coat, contrasting grately. after a while, she stirs and looks up at midnight's shadow. she struggles to stands, wobbling on her legs as if she was just born as a foal. she gains her balance and turns her head. she lets out a weak, soft nicker. she no longer knew what to do. each stallion seemes like a choice. choose night invader, she is bound to a herd but he said that she would still have her freedom. choose midnight's shadow, she would walk away free but he would have helped her. her heart would mend but her pride would never forget it. and there was still a chance that he would come after her. why did life have to take a sudden turn and put her face in desisions she was prepared to make...
