A large horse lorry is seen driving down the dirt track, a clean white lorry with the word 'SpringTime Racer' written in big bold letter on either side, as it stops several men get out, crowding round the back of the lorry as three men pull it down. As one man looks around, it clear he is the owner of these beasts as he looks around, cunning eyes watching for anyone who might be interested in his stock, as the other men unload the horses.

Personailty: Normally very sweet. Not much phases her if she can live like she wants.

Other: in her first race she slipped on the wet ground and fell, badly injuring her leg. Has sugury on her back leg about 6 weeks ago. Is now on box rest for another 3 months before vet must check her leg to see if she can be turn out into the field. Has been told if she doesn�t mess about on her leg while it heals, she can be raced again afterwards. Though isn�t taking kindly to box rest and is getting stressed and is now very highly strung. Has to walk out once a day but is proving differcult to handle when she is led due to the box rest. Needs a experience handler!

Jennifer - Ok, he takes the cheque then hands her the lead rope. (whee you keeping him?)

Jez - he colt, well his sire was Whisper in the Wind, his dam was Tricks of the Light. His bloodlines are ok, but he's a good colt on the track, he likes to please you, i think a lot of it is fear though, he's had a bit of a bad start, so is very nervous around humans. Can be a bit tricky to catch in the field and we've noticed he's very headshy if you mean quickly. Why don't you come have a look at him, he says, leading her over to the black colt.

Colt snorts, watching wearily, eyes darting around nervously, throwing head up as she came to his head.

the man thinks *Well, the person we got him off said he had quite a good track record, but we're a bit suspecious on that, when we got him, he use to run off with you on the track, and if you had a whip, forgot you, you were off within two seconds of starting. So he obviously done something to him. But with us, its taken about 6 months for us to get him over his fear of the track and he's settle into his work quite nicely, we've raced him a couple of times but never really pushed him, just let him get use to it. he's got a lot of spirit on the track though, and if you watch him in the field, racing the other colt he's quite fast. But we never had whip with him anymore, he flips out. But with some more training he should turn out nice.
