The 14 year old smiles at the pups left and sits down quietly beside Boone. She held her hand out to him slowly. "Hey, little guy. Are you getting any attention at all?" She spoke in a calm and quiet voice trying not to frighten him. She smiled at the adorable pup. She didn't care if he was a herding dog, she just wanted a companion.
