I saw your request re John Sharwood & Co. and found the following:-

John Sharwood born 1818 Rye, Sussex, England died 5th May 1879 in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. John married Eliza Smith in February 1840 in Rye, Sussex England.

Susannah Sharwood, daughter of John Sharwood and Eliza Smith was born in Ballarat East, Victoria on 30th July 1860. She died 17th December 1896 in Broken Hill, New South Wales. Susannah was the daughter of John Sharwood and Eliza Smith.

Susanna married a THOMAS Simeon Taylor, not JOHN Simeon Taylor on 17th January 1881 in the Free Church of England, Ballarat Victoria.

Thomas Simeon Taylor was born 27th December 1859 at McDougal's Hut, Ashby, Victoria, Australia. Thomas died 18th January 1931 in Clyude Street, Oakleigh Victoria. He was buried 20th January 1831 at Springvale, South Yarra Victoria.
