Hi,
James Crear Shearer remarried a Jeanie Turner on the 16/1/1862 in Tasmania
So his first wife Mary must have died sometime between her last child born in 1858 and the remarriage of James in 1862
By the way James and Jeanie's first child born on the 2/7/1862 name was Robert Young Shearer.
