Subject: information about Ivor Hopwood

I am trying to find out any information about my father, Ivor Hopwood. My parents divorced when I was very young and I have no memories or photographs of him. I got very little information about him from my mother (who has recently died) but I do know that he went to live in Australia and died there. I have no idea what part of Australia he moved to and the only information I have about his death was that it probably occured between 1965 and 1975 and that he was between 45 and 55 when he died. He had a twin brother Eric, another brother, Cyril, and sisters Dorothy and Eileen. I believe he married several times after his divorce from my mother so it is possible that I could have half brother(s)/sister(s)in Australia.
I have tried placing letters in several Australian newspapers but I have had no response at all. Is any one
over there able to send me some information about him and in particular about the cause of his death- at a recent visit to my doctor I was asked to provide family medical history because of a health scare and it was this that lead me to try trace information.
