*He swore angrily under his breath. He couldn't believe he had fallen asleep. He stood up and suddnley realised who hot the sand was. He had been lucky he had thick sandles on. He bowed to the dragon queen and said "Your dragon eggs are beutiful. Do you think there is a chance one of them may ever be impressed by me?" *He knew the answer would be no but it had been nigging at the back of his mind that just maybe one of the eggs would be impressed by him. the idea was ridiculous though he was only a farmers son who had left home to see the world. He had arived at Pern and had gone straight to see the dragons. A dragon wouldn't even notice him never mind be impressed by him would it?*
