Okay...I don't know why I'm doing this but I just need to get this out...

Some of you will remember me saying that one of our cats had kittens earlier this week. We told our farrier that when they were older he could have one. And, well, now he won't be able to get one. Mom stayed up all night and all five of them died. They wouldn't eat and were freezing cold and the mother wouldn't pay any attention to them...and now she's going to die too. She won't eat or drink and just keeps lying there...we think she was sick or too young to have kittens. We haven't had her for very long, but she was such a sweet cat that everyone fell in love with her, and it sucks that we're probably going to loose her now. It hurts, too. I know I shouldn't get so attached to my pets, but it feels awful knowing I can't do anything to help her. It's not like she was old or anything either...she couldn't have been more than a year or two old...

But, anyway, I feel a little better now, just because I got that out. Thanks, to anyone who read this far.
