It is my belief that anger breeds anger, and that violence breeds violence.

When we open our hearts to those whose hearts are bleeding with anger or violence, we can allow healing.

What we focus on defines who we are, and I prefer to focus on the lightness of Being.

When a horse is violent, that is taught behavior. I can re-train the horse by being passive, by not responding to this violence, and when there is a pause, a question in the horse, I approach and offer myself as me - a simple human, who wants to get along.

The results can be amazing.

But that is just my experience.
