Subject: white moccion boots

I have a friend and she is part ojibwa. For her wedding she wore a cream lace dress, with the white boots and her hair in a braid with a cream color barrett. she has been told that she can not wear the boots no more because they were part of the wedding and stood for the part of the ojibwa in her. she was also was told that she could wear them. please help me find the right answer to tell my friend. thank you and may the creator bless you.
