Bob,

I think the arrangement of All of Me in Swing! was done specifically for the show. I don't have my CD with me, so I don't know who in particular did that arrangement. It could have been Jonathan Smith, Ann Hampton Callaway or someone else. I have not seen any books of the score in any of the Bway shops...but if you are in NY, and you go to One Shubert Alley or Theatre Circle, if the a book of the score exists, they would have it. I don't have the URL handy, but I believe One Shubert Alley is online.
