Allowing herself to be gathered up in his arms carried effortlessly into the living room cradled close to him. Exhaustion and shock claiming her she sits cradled against his chest staring off unseeing. “Tell me a fairy tale.” Shock making her actions regress to the past, when she made these requests of him or Clay when something went wrong, or she had been hurt or just upset. “I haven’t danced in so long” unsure why she uttered forth those words, thoughts muddled….
