Each titleholder has a cause or passion that she supports. So I was thinking what if their was a place where titleholders could learn about the causes of other titleholders? (And hopefully suppport their sister queens).

The result of this idea is the Queen for a Cure online Pageant. Each titleholder may represent her current title.It is the delegate/titleholders job to gain permission from the organzation/director for approval prior to entry.

The scoring is based on two equally weighted areas (50% each)-1= lowest 50- highest (digital scoring will be used):

Personal Statement (150 words or less)- Why you choose your cause?
Photo of you supporting your cause with a 50-word statement why you picked the picture that you submitted . (must be submitted via email.)
Entry fee: $25 USD.
Entry : Is open to titleholders worldwide (local, state, national, regional, international) 13 & up
Each titleholder will be listed with her title, website, cause, and cause website.
All donations must be sent via paypal.
*Entries prior to April 15, 2006 will be listed as 2006 Diabetes donors in support of the 2006 Richmond,VA walk.*
Deadline is June 1, 2006
One overall winner will be named Ms. Queen for a Cure based on the listed information.
In the event of a tie. Titlholders will be given 24 hours to submit a second photo supporting her cause of choice with a 50 word statment.
Delegate must be wearing sash or some article bearing the pageant title/organization she is representing.
