yep, it's that bad, the worse anime I've ever watched and I've seen some reeeeealy bad stuff:

A: Cheesy Dialogue, "oh, your mean, your a bully" or "Your my friend, that's why we're friends!" Blarg!

B: Story, it just doesn't seem interesting in the least, I mean, it's all about revenge! Someone does something so this guy fights that guy to do that for doing this... Who writes this stuff, there's no point to it.

C: Battles, It's all chance, no skill! Digimon/Pokemon/Metabots all require skill to fight, but in YGO it's just random, you draw a card and see what happens, I guess there's skill in making a cood deck, but what fun is that?

D: Character designs, Just what are they trying to do here? But hair like that? It looks like spiked clown hair or something, and outfits are just stupid looking.

E: and finally the worse part, Voices. These are some of the worse I've ever heard! Yes, even worse than some hentai! The VA's can't act for one thing, not even in the slightest, plus they have no range. Not only that but they are the worse sounding voices too. These are supposed to be kids and they sound like they are about 25! Not even an attempt to sound like kids, they either sound old or like some sort of monsters (hmmm, maybe they are monsters, wouldn't be surprised) and they all sound like california surfers trying to do NY accents, yeah, that bad.

I knew this was bad, but I think WB actually made it WORSE!

Only redeeming facter is the monsters, I really dig them, love the dragons. passed on some at Software Etc. yesterday for $13, imports, I'll wait for the domestic releases.
