Subject: Digimon Contest on Fox Kids

Today, I saw commercial for a Digimon contest where they're giving away action figures. Now I don't plan on entering the contest, but I post this because I caught a glimpse of a toy based on a Digimon I never saw before. It looked similar to Omnimon but with a silver paint job and new weapons, one of which a long red sword. Now could this be the Imperialdramon Paladin Mode I've heard about? And if it is does that mean the fifth movie is coming to the U.S. soon?
