I don't think Joe and Mimi were released on a card, however....

you could get them in an exclusive 20 pack....which included all the kids, and all their digimon (Rookie Level) in clear plastic (The digimon, not the kids) along with some choice few Mega Level digimon too (Metal Garurumon, and Wargreymon) I also think Numemon, and Monzaemon are included if I'm not mistaken.....all in clear plastic....

as for Joe and Mimi on cards, I'm not sure....

I bought a set of 7 figures loose (all the kids except Mimi), I haven't gotten them in yet (I mailed to Thailand for them)....I'll letcha know if the Joe is a Bootleg (I'm guaranteed that they're all official Bandai Product).....
