Welcome to the board. I hope you will find this a helpful place to ask questions or have pageant discussions. I remember the old Mom's help board and have often wished it was still around when I have a question. Now I have a place to do that.

One of those kind that are sorta round with a rim around the top and the rim dips down in front(I don't describe it well but it is like what the girls are wearing) I didn't want to try and deal with the felt kind so I found a "ready to wear" one at an ethnic hat store, striped off all of the decorations, covered it with superstretch to match her outfit, and decorated it with matching trim. It looks great!! The question I originally had was whether or not you were supposed to use one piece of material to cover the whole hat and a designer worte that she pieced it and covered it with the trimmings.

HI! Is there any kind of "spray on" glitter that will adhere to tulle? My daughter's gown is beautiful, and I don't want to ruin it....but...I'd like to add just a touch of "sparkle" on the skirt without overpowering it. Any ideas?
Thank you!
