There are a number of aspects of the event we can look at to pull in some companies, and take a share of some more profits :)

Does anyone know if the venue is making us use the caterers ? IF we can get our own caterers for the event, we can take a share of their profits. 800 gamers = lot of food/drink to sell ;)

In terms of the foot traffic of spectators during the weekend, I think we need to offer them goods to purchase. So any company having a booth at the event should be offering discounted prices on their retail goods. It will attract people to the event if they know they might get a good deal on some hardware/console gear :)

And I think we should get some t-shirts for the event organised. Every LAN I have been to has had some sort of t-shirt printed. We could take orders for them, and make a small profit. If even a fraction of the 800 odd ppl buy one, that'll be enough :)
