The female wolfess had been searching the grounds for a long time now, her return had been silent, and she had found nothing that she was looking for. She was tired... tired of this place, of what it was, and of the silence that it brought. She'd been too long gone to make a proper return. Her pale eyes flickered around, over the old tavern she had once frequented, and the walls she had once defended. Too long gone....
She felt an ache in her paws now during winter, and an ache in her body, she wanted to go home. No more of this cold, or this wind, or this loneliness, it was time for her to head south. Twirling the longbow in paw she slips out the gates, and starts off down the path, silent in the darkness, except for the soft trace of her voice...
