Subject: What's going on with The Jonze

Hello everyone! Just wanted to drop a line & let ya'll know whats happing with The JoNZe. We are in the process of writing/recording our new album due out early spring. No set date yet, We'll take as long as it takes to make a good album full of tasty new tunes. As far as shows go the only gig we got lined up is at Stooges on Dec. 28th, the Funky Chicken's b-day. Look for us in K-zoo at the end of january.
On another note, if my reply to the last message on our board sounded snotty I apologize but I don't like it when people categorize our music then bash it for not fitting in that category & say we're "losing our direction". We write our songs based on feelings we're having that perticular time, so if there's not alot of screams or pit raging testosterone going on it's because we're not angry about anything at that time. If that's all you want there are lots of other bands out there that pretend to be pissed off all the time. The idea behind this band is to showcase the large spectrum of musical influences the four of us have. I personally don't like it when bands don't stray from their one "style". Expect lots of musical changes from The JoNZe. When we start re-hashing our old shit that's when we've lost our direction.
