Greetings dear hearts,

Some sad news, my 18+ yr old kitty (see our pets page) has passed on. It was right up there with really spiritual moments as I was with her right to the end petting and talking to her..and in ther finaly moments she began to to the whole nursing/kneading/purring behavior as she lay on her side. It was a relatively quick passing as she only beagn to really fail that day (although she had been showing her age over the past year) and did not seem to suffer greatly. Those final moments were just amazing to witness. Spell Weever woke up right after she had passed and she was still warm. he,too, cried over-much as we all did in just missing her. Tabitha was part of the whole experience and has been grieving all week (it was a week ago, Friday). She is adjusting to being an only kitty. The gravesite is on the hillside in the woods and my mom is working on planting something that will bloom in the shade. It was amazing how hard it has been to go through the grieving....even though we knew she was so old and that it was a "good" passing.

I wanted to welcome all the new "faces"; Star, AuntT, Shara, ace and NightWitch. Hope to hear more from all of you and get a chance to know you. As Saphire said, we do come around and and touch base even though sometimes time and life do not allow us much frequency (much as I wish that were not so!)

Anyways, we are all doing OK here, just gearing up for My daughter's senior year and keeping up with the have-tos.

Sending hearing energies to all of you who are having health issues, Autumnwolf, Jerusha and any others!

Filled with love for you all,
Dreemy
