Thankyou dear Dreemdanser. Every so often I stop and think about how far I have come since all of this and I am amazed...there was a point where I wouldn't even say boo to a goose!! This part Im on right now is the hardest phase, dealing with whatever it was that caused me to put on my weight in the first place, then taking back my control in that and hopefully losing some bloody weight!! I know that being slimmer won't necessarily make me happier, not in the sense that you cant say that you cant be happy until you lose weight, but the achievement I will feel and the fact that I wont hurt so much physically will make me feel wonderful...I just need to find the "demon" thats at the root of it all...siiiiiiiiiiigh
