I think most of it is the peri-menopausal thing but it is really the pits in terms of overall level-ness. Talk about your rollercoasters. I take a bunch of herbal remedies and don't suffer from a lot of stuff other women younger than i do (just turned 51) but the weightgain thing is one tough battle.
