Dear Angel,
Try not to let worry and fear dominate right now. As Scarlet said, many times lumps are nothing to worry about. Keep a positive attitude until things have been confirmed by a doctor. My mom had 3 small lumps that turned out to be simple cysts. They were all easily removed and she's had no further problems.

I will of course ask a blessing for you and keep you in my thoughts. Stay positive for yourself!!!
