I am glad you found us here and that you took a chance on us. As you can see we are a bit on the slow side this summer. We have been around on-line for about 10 years now and we go through highs and lows as far as how active the forum is. It is like the rythyms of our lives, people get busy then they come back and it just ebbs and flows. We have found it is best to take it in stride. Sometimes this place is really hopping!
As to feeling "less-than" in any way spiritually let me be very vehement in reassuring you that one's spirituality is not something that any of us here would measure, judge, or rate in any way whatsoever. I know a lot of us still try to take our spiritual temperature FOR OUR OWN EVALUATION. But even that is such a personal thing and more often than not we are too hard on ourselves. Children can get all focused on how tall they are growing! As adults we usually realize that unless there is an illness involved that growth happens as it should in its own time. So....be patient with yourself and love yourself. Sometimes looking at how far we have come is better than looking at how far we wish we were.
One of the most beautiful things about wicca is that it is such a broad and eclectic and open-minded religious path. You will find a great deal of diversity among us even here on this site. Everyone has differences in their beliefs and practices. Some don't do spells. Some are open and others are in the closet. Some embrace aspects of other religious beliefs within their own. The only major thing we all share is an adherance to the harm none philiosphy and a mutual support to each person's right to believe/live as they choose.
There's nothing to fear in our midst. certainly not judgement or condemnation. If you wish to live a harm none life you are welcome here.
