Yes, the hormones make you very emotionally intense. However, the hormones will still be tumultuous after you give birth. If you are blue or depressed after the birth you must absolutely talk with your doctor. Hormones are very powerful and easilly get out of whack. You need the best nutrition....don't mess aorund with it. You need healthy food and sleep and to let go of the stressful things. Time to be selfish in regards to putting you and the baby first.
