Here is an idea for you to try.

Try making those bad feelings inn to abstract art. That is what I have been trying to do and it really helps. Just an idea to try out. I would say try a journal but... sometimes those do not appeal to everyone. It is almost impossible sometimes to find wasy that can be consructive with DEsructive energy. But I have found that art can be a great and positive outlet... and the best thing is that no one gets harmed from it. So think it over. Besides you do NOT want to die thereis to much yet that you have to do and see. Not to mention all the stuff that you have yet to learn. *hugs* it just seems bad at the moment but I promise here in a few you will once again see the light. After all been there done that and I have all the T-shirts and bumper stickers to prove it .
