Sorry, I am not familiar with that name. But I know there are at least a few of us here who have varying degrees of issues/problems with anxiety and fear, specifically in terms of fearing for our loved ones' safety. The best way I know of to continually change one's focus to a positive mental state is to continually picture one's self and one's loved ones as surrounded by a white, radiant, impentetrable sphere of protective energy and light. I use this magickal image constantly. Whenever fear creeps in or a worry imposes iteself on my thoughts I replace that negative with this white-protection image. I also use this image constantly to "see" myself, my home, my car, and that of my loved ones surrounded by this protection.
