First, let me just say that I absolutely adore all the sharing going on on the board lately. This is one of the best things about our group and the forum here. And the only reason that this can happen for even the newest newbie and the shyest (spelling??) is because we are all so accepting and non-judgemental and truly love the diversity of opinions and ideas expressed here. I absolutely believe it enriches us vastly!

Now, for my 2 cents! Sassy, I personally, don't think there is a whole lot of "right" ways and 'wrong' ways to most things in terms of magical and/or spiritual practice. I love your method, and it sounds very logical and effective. Yeah, sure, there are some things that are more definitive, like clockwise motion to raise energy and counter clockwise to release...unless of course you live in the southern hemisphere!! in which case everything is the opposite....so that just goes to show how there really are no "rules" save the one rule, to harm none.
