 Hmmmm theres nothing negative normally about the Druid warrior, Im not sure what sites you've been looking at online...tho most of the junk you find is normally about AD&D, not about spirituality at all. A Druid Warrior is normally someone who has a strong interest in martial arts or sword fighting etc and this is part of their spiritual path...why dont you actually ask the person you are talking to about it, he could still possibly be into AD&D,so asking them would clear this subject up a bit.
