I am truely angry for you. People who use others like this raise the Beast in me and make me want to hunt. In the Celtic Spirit, we can be warriors in our magick. While vengance is not a good idea, Justice is. What he did ammounts to theft. You, in a spell don't need to have a goal of harming, but a goal of a just resolution. It is up to the Lord and Lady to determine what happens to him, but you can plead your case to them and then trust in their judgment. Just a though.

My your life turn for the better soon. Do your best to pay on your rent. If you make a concerted effort to make payments, he should be willing to work with you. I have been there. At one time in my life (prior to meeting my family at Black Raven's) I was maried with step children to raise, a car payment to make, rent, groceries and all while unemployed. In the end I lost the vehicle, and aquired an ugly debt from it that lasted years, but I survived. My landlord at the time worked with me, but eventually we had to move to a cheaper, and nastier appartment.

You will survive. You have the Great Sprirt on your side.
