Wow I hope that he feels better soon. A girlfriend of mine has it also. From what I learned from her was that hot showers and hot tubs are a big no no.

She also has to eat healthier *snickers* Yeah I got to hear all about that one also more excercise helps a lot as well. Just easy things like walking,moving around more.

She feels a lot better than what she had been 2 months ago. Maybe some of these tips will help.

I am glad to hear that you are doing your dancing and losing weight from it. I would love to dance but homework and studying rules my life at the moment. I have finals in 2 weeks and am freaking .... a lot.

I have no doubts that I will pass but with 3 classes 5 days a week and homework out the ear. Yeah I am feeling it.
