It seems similar to what I have experenced. These days we just laugh about it and I try to keep it in check with strangers....

For me, it is a hearing thing. It is strange to answer someones question BEFORE they ask it. Or reply to a comment that they only thought of, and did not say. Can I read your mind? nope. Yet there are times....when I "Hear" what has only been a thought, or pick up on a feeling. For as much as this can be a pain, it also has been a real blessing!
