So cool that the inmates are doing such delving. Personally, I don't think that would have much point, since then the iniverse would not be able to benefit from the wisdom and "evolution" of mature souls. But the question could certainly be raised about whether there are any new souls or whether souls have just taken more trips into the physical realm or not. I guess, fo me I see the Goddess and God as continually pro-creating and thus it would follow that new souls would be "born".
