This doesn't sound like the type of situation in which you should do a binding. We have discussed the rammifications of bindings here previously...but the bottom line is that if you are unsure of doing other magick, then you definitely should not attempt a binding, even if the situation was appropriate since binding spells are advanced magick. Even using black candles is not novice stuff. The reason is not what you might assume, however...there is nothing wrong or evil about the color black as many think (that was all part of the early church's propaganda taking everything pagan and distorting it to be something to be afraid of), no, rather it is because the color black is absorbant. It draws and attracts, it pulls in all elements and vibrations. For this reason it is not an easy or simple color to work with. It is very powerful, yes, but all power demands caution and knowledgable, wise use.
I don't post or upload any spells onto this site that are not good and safe for even the earliest beginner...but that doesn't mean that they are any less effective or powerful than advanced magick. The white light protection spell and even the freezer spell found in our Friend's Book of Shadows section are both not only appropriate for this situation you discribe with this girl, but they would be my first choice to use personally in such a situation if i were pondering magickal action myself.
But!!! I urge you to talk to this girl and encourage her to seek help from counseling, and from the law. She should be getting help to not put herself in dangerous situations and relationships, and she should be encouraged to take steps to protect herself in all appropriate ways such as restraining orders, etc. Spells are not going to take away her free will if she is bound and determined to trust herself in harms way.
Talk to her or anyone else she might listen to. Do the white light protection spell for her. Use the freezer spell on both her and on this dangerous guy. Then do a major purification of your own energies and aura, cleansing, protecting and recharging yourself.
