i would start with the obvious stuff such as pregnancy symbolizing giving birth to just about anything you can imagine, new ideas, work, relationships, home, lifestyle, projects, etc. and you being surrounded by people who are doing the same....people who are fruitful in their lives...lives rich in potential and possibility. The "faces" of the babies were undefined, so what will be the defined outcome of the situation(s) is not yet able to be seen clearly. The outcome of the birthing process (whatever it is symbolizing) is for a higher purpose, thus the sacrificial concept.

Start with stuff like that and then personalize it to specifics in your own life and what certain things mean to you, and you alone. You know the old cliche, that sometimes a gun is just a gun, or a banana is just a banana from freudian interpretation? Well, it is definitely true! According to Freud horsebackriding is supposed to have a stereotypical meaning in dreams....but let me tell you for a person about to be in a horseback riding show and feeling nervous...the horsebackriding is usually about the horseback riding! LOL! So if you are dreaming about being pregnant and you have been yearning to be so or worried about such or otherwise focused on pregnancy then the dream's meaning might be more literal, but otherwise go for the symbolisim that seems fitting and applicable for you.
