It can shake even the strongest core within. Here it has been a rash of fatal car accidents involving teens. It has me off-center this past week, so much so my husband told me that I REALLY need to ground and center. (this is very rare).

I was thinking of a healing circle/spell/ritual for the communities affected by these losses. Wonder since I am on one side of the state, and you on the other....Perhapse it should be broad enough to cover the whole area? I did get some supplies for this already.

But this is only part of it. It does not take much to be there for someone and to just listen when they need to talk, A scented candle or other small gift can also help. Even something as simple as a phone call to say "Hi" can make all the difference in the world. Or like you did to spend the day doing regular mundain things with your daughter. These little things make a big difference, especially at times like these.
