What makes you think you did something wrong? Even the healthiest and most careful of women sometimes get gestational diabetes. It doesn't at all mean you did something wrong. It just happens sometimes. Please talk to your doctor and don't worry yourself over this. There's no need to be scared. Tell your doctor about your fears or concerns, you know they've heard and seen everything and can put your mind at ease. Have you or are you going to a birthing class? They are very informative.

Try not to worry too much sweetie, everything will be just fine. Keep us posted.
