As Sapphire and Crystal said its not your fault so stop worrying about it being your fault! Your both still fine, and you'll Both BE fine! my sister is 16 weeks at the moment, she was very worried at the beggining because was traveling for the first 3 months! but they're both still fine, (although she keeps telling us what she can and Can't eat, drink, do, use, say, think....! ) :)

The worst thing you can do is stress over the situation, remain calm and focused. We are all here for you!
