The home we've been renovating is close to being "move-in" condition. Been doin the happy dance here over it, cause the nice bay/tipout window is staying...nice little nook for plants and reading!

Also been given a fireplace mantle w/mirror for the house. It's specail because it's ours and it has cool carving on it! It is truely a pagan fireplace mantle. It'll make a nice lil' alter in the dining room. Now, to figure out what to do with the mirror that I currently have over the mantle in this ole house. lol.

The water lines are done in the house and has been tested, they work. The gass is already on, and the electric has passed inspection and that block has been removed. Most of the drywall is on the walls getting ready for primer. Most all the windows have been re-hung or replaced already, too. This is cool. Dryer and a stove is in place as well. Wringer washer got taken to that basement this past weekend. The "cubby" for the microwave oven (or tv) is waiting. A small bedroom has a loft bed built in and waiting to be painted or stained, too.

Safe to say it is comming along, although slower than I had hoped for. The banister and railings have been cut (new wood), and waiting to be put up.

Maybe, We will be moving by Yule, and doing finishing work after we are in there....I hope! ;-)
